In recent years,3D printing technology has been favored by developers,which because of its unique manufacturing characteristics.Experts say it will launch the"third industrial revolution".FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)technology is a kind of rapid prototyping technology,which is simple and inexpensive.Therefore,it still occupies an important market position in 3D model printing.In fused deposition molding technology principle,which the surface precision is low for the forming 3D model,and in the process of printing,the nozzle will have temperature control instability,too much or too little for sprinkler head,and defective product faults.As the 3D printing technology of FDM desktop level is gradually maturing,which the structure of print model is becoming more and more complex.Therefore,improving the time of the model slice processing becomes the primary problem that the 3D printing urgently needs to solve.In view of the above problems,this paper makes an in-depth study on FDM3D printing technology and obtains the following results:First of all,the FDM3D printer system use the ATmega328 as the processing core,which the molding precision is not high in the market,and the problem such as temperature control system is not stable.Therefore,design a set of STM32F103 zet6 as the processing core temperature control,and built-in gain 16 ?-128 type ?AD7792 as acquisition module,which is the core of temperature control system.The system is more advantageous than the ATmega328 system in clock main frequency,instruction cycle and film resources,which has the characteristics of high collection precision,small noise interference and faster processing.Secondly,the fuzzy PID temperature control algorithm is designed for the low precision of the current FDM printer,which is used to control the heating temperature in 3D printing process for the fuzzy rule adaptive tuning parameter.Compared with the traditional PID control simulation curve,the results show that the control system is more stable,the overshoot is smaller,the control precision is higher,and the temperature time is shorter.On the way of slicing STL model,this article adopts the method of hierarchical direction sorting group,select intersect data,build the intersection list for the intersection operation,and by preprocessing the triangular pieces,the slicing time was shortened.Taking the convex platform as an example,traditional direct method of intersection and the method of stratification was compared by slicing,the results show that the new method has advantage to shorten the time of slice.Finally,this paper designed FDM3D printing system,which is setting up the printing parameters for the Printer Interface PC software.In this paper,the test results of the temperature control system show that the 3D printer system designed is stable,and the printing effect is better,and the surface of the printed product is smoother.
