3d printing has been developing rapidly, there are a number of different solutions. Athome and abroad have carried on the thorough research on it. The main technology ofselective laser sintering (SLS, slective lasersintering), stereo lithography (SLA,Stereolithography), Laminated Manufacturing method (LOM, Laminated ObjectManufacturing), Fuse Deposition Manufacturing technology (FDM, Fuse Depositionmodeling), etc., each technology has its own advantages. But generally speaking, thecurrent3d printing equipment is very limited, narrow application range. Compared withthe traditional manufacturing method on expensive, forming quality and diversity ofapplications is still obvious gap.This paper mainly studied the document processing algorithm part of3d printing. STLfile of slicing algorithm is described in detail, and put forward improvement measures, toincrease the speed of slice, for reducing the number of memory in the process ofoperation. For3d printing surface there are rules stripes, adopt the method of increasingdrops jitter, let the printing surface more smooth., change the size of the drops algorithmis designed in the case of guarantee precision influence as small as possible, improve thespeed of printing.By using the method of this study, can not only improve the speed of3d printing, andimprove the effect of3d printing object, but did not significantly improve its printing costs,the3d printing has a bigger role in promoting.
