As the forerunner of information technology and intelligent technology, sensor technology plays an important role in improving the level of scientific research and production technology. As an important branch of sensors,pH sensors are widely used in many fields such as chemical engineering, pharmacy, biomedicine, clinical detection, environmental monitoring and food safety. At present, the commonly used methods for measuring pH value are not only large volume but also low accuracy. In this paper,we propose a three-dimensional(3D)sensor self assembled graphene field effect transistor(Self-folding Field effect,SF-FET)pH sensor.Three dimensional(3D)self-assembled graphene field effect tube type pH sensor with two-dimensional(2D)GFET type pH sensor compared to reduce the design difficulty and the production cost of the sensor,a substantial increase in the area of contact reaction test solution and graphene. This paper based on MEMS based(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System,MEMS)on production process of SF-GFET,successfully developed a three-dimensional(3D)self-assembled graphene FETs;and the two-dimensional(2D)GFET and three-dimensional(3D)self-assembled graphene field effect transistor for electrical parameters the test and analysis;determine the device performance is good, the three-dimensional(3D)of experimental measurement and theoretical analysis on transfer characteristics by charged particles doped in solution when the pH value of self-assembled graphene FETs,the detection device of pH value.Three dimensional(3D)self-assembled graphene field effect tube type pH sensor fabrication method is simple, low cost,is conducive to the realization of device array,in line with future sensor miniaturization, integration and intelligent trend...
