Compared to the traditional gas process,to produce hydrogen and oxygen through the electrolysis of water is safer,more friendly environmental and efficient.Oxy-hydrogen welding machine,is a new high-temperature oxy-hydrogen flame welding equipment through the electrolysis of water.Its application is too broad,thus to replace the vast majority of the need for flame welding applications.The use of its oxy-hydrogen flame as a welding heat source has the advantages of friendly environmental,low cost,heat concentration and so on.Oxy-hydrogen micro-flame automatic welding machine,with the welding technology of electrolysis of water into the automation equipment industry,will greatly improve the applicability,penetration and automation level of oxy-hydrogen welding,and greatly improve the quality of flame welding products and production efficiency.PCB plug-in soldering process,is a basic soldering process of the electronic assembly industry.With the development of miniaturization and precision on the electronics industry,automatic soldering technology will replace the manual welding process.Compared with other automatic soldering process,it has the advantages of high flexibility and no damage to components.But there is no theory or experience on how to set the right process and parameters,wherever,the experimental method is a difficult but very effective way.In this paper,a digital oxy-hydrogen micro-flame automatic soldering machine is designed based on the analysis of the PCB plug-in soldering process characteristics,through the functional modular design.It's a system with simple structure,easy operation and high efficiency.The hardware structure of this automatic control system is composed of XYZR manipulator structure,stepping and servo drive,MCU teaching device,ARM + FPGA controller,photoelectric sensor,magnetic sensor,screw,end fixture and so on.Corresponding to them,micro-flame generation module,wire feeding module,soldering process module,and soldering point positioning module are designed.On the basis of the hardware structure,through the analysis of the key process flow,the lower computer controller software based on the Keil uVision 5.15 development environment and the interface of the upper computerteaching device based on the C # language are designed.After debugging,the design function of the control software is satisfied.Finally,combining the hardware and software structure of the automatic control system,through the theoretical study of the PCB plug-in soldering process,a reasonable test technology route is designed.And after a large number of tests and soldering point defect analysis,as well as the key parameters of orthogonal test optimization,the process parameters which basically meet the technical requirements are obtained.The main contributions of this paper are:1.The prototype of the automatic oxy-hydrogen micro-flame automatic soldering machine,including software and hardware system;2.Based on the theoretical study of PCB plug-in soldering process,the effective process parameters were determined by experiment.
