| Automatic soldering is the concept for precision assembly and welding, relying on setting robots working path, the introduction of machine vision can dynamically adjust the operating point of the robot based on the actual position of the workpieces to achieve its precise positioning, the introduction of automation welding system, all of its parameters can be set to complete a variety of difficult soldering job. Automated soldering can effectively improve the quality of the soldering process, automated and intelligent soldering process.In the electronics mount large-scale production, SMT production is the mainstream way, but it is unable to complete the work in cavity workpieces. In this paper, for the circuit board assembly and welding of the actual demand in the metal cavity casing, constructed a circuit board assembly precision welding systems, welding circuit board according to the specific requirements as well as the barriers, and system design and control system design.The study included the preparation of tin automatic welding system welding procedures, to determine the welding parameters and to improve and optimize the welding process, according to welding quality is good or bad to determine the final program of work; Solder positioning include the original image acquisition, image acquisition, image preprocessing and image segmentation, image feature extraction, target matching,and positioning objectives, select the appropriate light source and lighting solutions based on the actual situation, to optimize the quality of the original image.Were welding system welding experiment was repeated with the circuit board placement position detection experiments. Analysis of experimental results show that the system can meet the requirements of welding quality, product consistency and stability are improved. |
