For the customer service staff of the contact center platform,they often deal with communication with the user.Then they only communicate with the user,using a single channel(such as the telephone).Information communication is not very convenient., and not suitable for all business scenarios So it can not be very good for the user to provide services. In order to improve the existing service level of the contact center platform, this article presents the requirement of the development of multi-source data collection center platform.For the multi-source data collection center platform, the key is flexible to access multiple channels of information,and are brought together in a center for multiple channels of information, and orderly queuing, distributed to the customer personnel there. In this way, the contact center platform not only provides a way to communicate with the user, but also bring more users of multimedia channel to receive service, so as to enhance the number of users. At the same time, for users to enjoying the service also can own preferred choice of communication tool, but also can let the personnel of the service in a more convenient form with the information they need, it allows the user to receive services at the same time also enjoy a relaxed and happy. So for the construction of this platform is a win-win situation.This multi-source data collection center platform adopts the flow computing architecture, divide the system platform into channel access module, self service module, manual service connection queue module, the session module, seat module, configuration module, the interaction between module through Dubbo,and the service is registered in the Dubbo registry and then call each other, so actually it solve the problem of the service address configuration management, but also solve the problem ot the capacity assessment of the service. With this architecture, the connectivity, robustness, scalability, and scalability of the platform are guaranteed. For sending and receiving messages in the browser, the platform introduced the technology of Web Scoket, it adopt the implementation of the full du plex communication between server and browser, which greatly enhance the effectiveness of sending a message, also than the previous polling receive news of performance and efficiency better. Above it is the main technical means of the platform. Follow up this paper detailed analysis of the needs analysis and detailed design, as well as the follow-up system needs to do further work.
