Software Project Third-party Testing Of Key Process Management

With the rapid development of software industry,software products is used more and more widely in all walks of life,but the software engineering cycle has been compressed more and more short and users' expectation to the quality of software products are higher.Under this situation,software testing as the key link to ensure the quality of software is more and more important in the whole software life cycle.At the same time,due to various factors within the company's test team can not operate independently and play the value of the test,the third party testing as independent test team,through professional training,using specialized tools,makes the testing process more professional,so the third party professional test team in software testing market share the higher proportion.In this paper,combined with management experience of multiple software project by the third party testing team,according to the problem s design in the testing process and improvement of the third party testing management process,and focus on the research on the software testing requirement management process,test case management,test process of tube defects process,customize and improve the management process.The test demand management mainly focus on research of the testing requirement management process,analyze the process from requirement acquisition to requirement analysis,review,and follow up and change management,not only reviews the management process and the detailed steps,but also defines the roles in each step.The software test case management is used to discuss the realization of the test cases and the management process,and to study the test case management process,including the use case design,the use case maintenance and so on.In the aspect of software defect life cycle,this paper improves the software defect management process,focusing on the software defect analysis method and its application.Based on the study of software testing requirements management,test case management,defect management these three management processes,improve the third party testing process management system,these processes have been applied in the actual project,and solve a lot of problems in the process of testing project management,and is proved that the management process of the management system can well meet the management needs of the company in the professional test.
