This paper study on the development strategy of Z which is a newly started publication life service newspaper as the starting point,intensive explore the development strategy of the life service newspapers,which have the important practical significance for the Z to enhance the market competitiveness.In recent years,it is necessary for the life service newspapers in China to develop successfully and take invincible position in the future that must constantly adjust and improve their own development strategy.This paper which is based on the development of the Z agency's internal and external environment tries to put forward a development strategy conform to the actual situation,which can deal with all kinds of challenges in getting rid of the public institution into the market economy;secondly,this paper also attempts to make a reasonable strategic planning for the Z agency to take effective measures in the near future to solve many problems within their own existence,through the establishment of the strategy to obtain the development space in the competition.Finally,through the research of this paper,we provide useful experience for the development strategy research of the other newspapers in the transform of the public institution to the market economy.To study the self positioning and competitive strategy of the life service newspapers under the newspaper industry competition and rise of the new medias,this paper will focus on the service life newspaper enterprises how to improve capability,how to build the core competitiveness,to explore the life service newspapers according to their own position and characteristics how to win the competition with the traditional newspaper media.Through the research of Z agency,analysis the development strategy of the non-current affairs newspapers which take the successful transformation after restructuring.In the present the number of life service newspapers are more than the local newspaper?the community newspaper?the weekly newspaper,under this background,Z is identified as the guidance of family life in the national newspapers,and the main target audience is positioned for family groups,take the information into more than 400 million households all over the country.This bold and unique positioning,decide that this newspaper should choose a different development strategy from the other existing life service newspapers.
