With the introduction and continuous development of smart grid,advanced metering infrastructure(AMI)as one of the four major components of the smart grid,play a pivotal role,the collection,processing and analysis of power data are the foundation of realization of the advanced metering infrastructure.This paper designs an intelligent control device which combines power monitoring and control functions,and the device based on single-chip microcomputer has lower cost of building.And this paper studies the monitoring and control technology of voltage,current and power in low voltage grid.In this paper,the Single-phase energy metering SoC chip is used to achieve the power monitoring and device controlling.This chip is named V9821 which possesses the characteristics of high-performance,low-power consumption,small package,high measurement accuracy,providing a variety of test data,full-featured and it combines power metering,MCU,RTC.The device can achieve voltage/current signal acquisition,A/D conversion,and the precise measurement of some electrical parameters such as active power,reactive power,apparent power,power factor and power consumption.Different from the conventional multi-function electronic meter,the device can achieve the digital/analog acquisition and output control,the working state of online monitoring equipment and the alarm function for abnormal load,set equipment parameters to realize the collection power and industrial control by Modbus.Here,using top-down design method,according to the functional requirements for the overall program design,besides,the corresponding technology realization method is studied for each module function,including the realization of the energy measurement under the standard sine wave,the realization of the energy measurement under the harmonic interference,the specific realization of Inter-system communication by I2C and industrial control communications by Modbus.In addition,In the design of hardware circuit of power monitoring and control device,the most suitable circuit for the device is given by comparing a variety of programs,and it proposes the software programming based on the specific circuit,so that it realizes the expected goal about power monitoring and device controlling.comparative rating with a given load voltage,current and power measurements,which determines whether the load exception.Finally,this paper tested the device,and analyzed the test data by WB51AO01 multi-function network power meter as a verification device.Results show that the device as opposed to 0.5 calibration device,the error of voltage RMS,current RMS,active power is less than 0.5%.According to the above studies,this paper proposes the solution of the single-chip single-phase multi-function monitoring and control device controlling,reduces the cost of devices greatly,shorten the period of development,and features can be expanded,not only can be used as an experimental platform,but also can be widely used in fire systems,ventilation management,lighting management,smart home and other areas require the monitoring and controlling of industrial equipment.
