In recent years,with the gradual maturity and perfection of user-oriented online service technology,the number of online services posted on the Internet has increased dramatically.These massive online services are provided by different service providers and have the same or similar functions.The more users are more willing to choose the services they need online to replace the traditional choice of service consumption patterns.Faced with such a new service consumption model,not only to provide users with more services to choose space,but also to help them save time and reduce other unnecessary consumer spending.However,the user's participation in cyberspace and the interaction with the online service in the process,due to its consumption background,consumer psychology,consumer hobbies and other factors,making the user subjective preferences inconsistent and the user evaluation criteria and standards of service inconsistencies,and may even appear Contradictions and conflicts.And because of the openness and anonymity of the Internet,service providers provide services and information on the network at the same time,but also to those who can't provide the opportunity to provide the opportunity.In order to obtain high profits,they may maliciously denigrate competitors,provide false service information,while some malicious users to provide false evaluation,which makes the quality of online services uneven,these problems lead to online services can not be compared or not available Fair comparability.For online users,the face of massive optional services,they are difficult to distinguish the merits of the quality of service,making it difficult for users from a large number of online services in the fast and efficient selection of quality services,so the urgent need for an objective service The inferior ranking method can effectively assist the users in making the online service selection decision.The inconformity of users evaluation standard and preference result in no fair comparability exist between online services in cyberspace,thereby the users are hardly to choose satisfactory online service.The ranking method to calculating the online service quality which based on the social choice theory was proposed.First,group preference matrix was built accorded to the users-service evaluation matrix given by users;Second,0-1 integer programming model was built based on group preference matrix and Kemeny social choice function;At last,the optimal service rank ordering results could be obtained by solving this model.The individual preference was aggregated to group preference in this method,the decision was consistent with the majority preference of the group and maximum consistency with the individual preference.This method's rationality and effectiveness were verified by theoretical analysis and experiment.The experimental results show that the incomparability between online services could be solved by this method,and realized the online service quality ranking,the recommendation attacks could be effectively resisted with a strong anti-manipulation.Additionally,this article and method according to the proposed model,designed and implemented an online service merits of the evaluation system.
