With the development of our social economy,competitive games are increasingly appearing in all aspects of our lives.Athletic competition on the one hand can improve the physical quality of the players,the other side can show the country's comprehensive strength,it has an important role.The results of the current subjective competition are mainly assessed by the referee on the player's score,because the referee's different evaluation criteria and subjective intention will be a certain degree of the outcome of the game,thereby reducing the evaluation of the objectivity of the competition.Many scholars in order to ensure that the results of the contest with the objectivity,are from the scoring system to reform,but did not take into account the referee scoring standards consistency.However,the rationality of the evaluation of each referee to make an objective and impartial evaluation,and take some effective management practices to monitor to ensure that the score is fair,accurate,but also worthy of study of the subject.Therefore,this paper studies how to improve the fairness of the results in the subjective competition when the referee scoring standard is inconsistent.In order to solve the problem that the referee's score is inconsistent,the judgment of the different referee does not have the comparability of the same player.Based on the theory of social choice,this paper calculates the competition result according to the ranking of the player's preference rather than the traditional score.Through the group decision-making and social choice theory to build the referee's different preferences of the players and calculate the player's overall ranking.At present,the existing assessment methods are based on the preference of the competition to sort the results of the competition,so the first need to obtain each referee on the player's competition score;secondly,the player's score into the referee's preference for players,and the establishment of players and then calculate the strongest path based on the paired preference matrix.Finally,the strongest path matrix is generated,and the final order is obtained by comparing the strongest path between the players.Compared with the traditional scoring method,the Schulze function fundamentally weakens the maneuverability of the ranking process by considering the preference relationship between the different players,constructing the directed graph and calculating the strongest path.This paper makes a theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the applicability and validity of the Schulze function for the evaluation of the results of the competition.The theoretical analysis proves whether the Schulze social selection function proposed in this paper has fairness,consistency,monotony and anti-operation.The results show that the Schulze function in the group decision theory embodies the majority criterion,and it can not get the final result of the assessment because of the unique preference of the individual,and it can be applied to the evaluation of the competition.The experiment proves the validity of the evaluation method of competition achievement based on Schulze social selection function.Finally,according to the method proposed in this paper,the competition achievement evaluation system is designed and realized.The system realizes the performance evaluation and comprehensive sorting function of the contestant,and can verify the evaluation data of the competition.The verification module includes the consistency of performance evaluation,monotonicity and other properties and system performance tests,indicating the effectiveness of the social selection function evaluation method and the system efficiency.
