In recent years,e-commerce and e-services have flourished,and so many people used online shopping in their daily life.However,because of the virtual nature and anonymity of the Internet,consumers face many difficulties in selecting suitable Commodities.At present,many evaluation systems do not take into account the consumer's consumption background and consumer psychology,so that the consumer's evaluation standards are inconsistent,which leads to the different consumers' rating on the same commodity.In order to enable consumers to make the right choice from mass online products in the case of incomplete scoring information,inconsistent consumer preferences and evaluation criteria.In order to solve this problem,a group evaluation method for online commodities using Copeland social choice theory is proposed:Firstly,the incomplete consumer-Commodities ratings matrix were filled up based on the similarity between the consumer history scores;And then establish the preference relationship of each consumer to the online commodities and express it as Commodities-Commodities preference comparison matrix;Finally,using Copeland social choice theory to compare the commodity preferences one by one,and recorded as the Copeland evaluation value.The higher the evaluation value,the higher the evaluation of the online commodity group,the better the commodity.Based on the related theory and technology analysis,the paper proves that the method meets the basic criteria and theoretical properties of online commodity evaluation.The real data set Movielens is used to simulate the data of online goods,and the results show that the measures adopted in this paper can effectively deal with the problems that can not be compared between different users.At the same time,it is proved that this method satisfies the principles of condor principle,non dictatorship,consistency and handling complexity,that is,this method is effective for online commodity evaluation.Finally,based on this method,the prototype system of online commodity group evaluation is designed and implemented by usingobject-oriented design architecture,which makes it convenient for users to quickly decide the appropriate goods.
