The insulation condition of the electric power equipment has a very important influence on the safe operation of the whole power system,and the partial discharge is one of the important reasons for the insulation deterioration of the power equipment.Therefore,the partial discharge source inside the power equipment can be detected accurately and quickly Positioning,thus reducing the chance of electrical equipment insulation failure,the safe and stable operation of the power grid system plays an important role.Today,the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the local discharge positioning,put forward a variety of detection and positioning methods,including ultrasonic positioning method because of its ability to resist electromagnetic interference,have good practicality,in recent years To the field in the field has a wide range of applications,has been rapid development.Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA)is a new type of intelligent algorithm for population optimization.It was widely used in various fields since 2002,including power reactive power optimization,economic forecasting model optimization and distribution network fault location Wait.This paper first introduces the basic theory of partial discharge,such as the causes and types of partial discharge,and then analyzes the mechanism of ultrasonic discharge generated by partial discharge and the propagation law of ultrasonic wave in electric power equipment.The principle of partial discharge ultrasonic localization is analyzed,positioning model for the partial discharge of ultrasonic positioning to provide a theoretical basis.Secondly,the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm is analyzed,and the following two improvements are made to improve the shortcoming of the convergence speed and the low precision of the optimization process in the later stage of the optimization process:(1)Generate a new generation of fish after each iteration(2)In the AFSA algorithm,the sequential quadratic programming algorithm(SQP)is added to improve the local search ability,and a sequence quadratic programming is proposed to improve the local search ability.Immune memory fish swarm algorithm(SQP-IMAFSA)hybrid optimization algorithm,and verify its effectiveness and convergence.In this paper,the SQP-IMAFSA algorithm proposed in this paper is applied to the localized ultrasonic localization,and the validity of the positioning is analyzed by examples and experiments.
