High voltage transmission tower is the power transmission system in the most critical part of the characteristics of this system is the large area and towering equipment,sensitive response to strong winds,earthquakes and other force,often so high voltage transmission tower subjected to vibration will be subjected to fatigue damage,fatigue damage and even lead to high voltage transmission tower incline or even collapse.This will bring unpredictable consequences,there are some geographical position is very special high-voltage transmission tower in the monitoring is very difficult.For the high voltage transmission tower for health monitoring is carried out to photograph the damage identification by drones,but this only through the method of human eye and cannot be found in certain positions of the injury.So it is necessary to monitor the high voltage transmission tower.Compared with piezoelectric materials of PVDF piezoelectric thin film with the traditional has a lot of advantages of PVDF piezoelectric film with traditional piezoelectric materials do not have the piezoelectric effect,thermoelectric effect and dielectric effect,piezoelectric effect of PVDF film light quality,impact resistance,not susceptible to other things,it is easy to the production of a variety of different shapes and different area of the tubular or sheet,is widely used in various fields of technology.In this paper,a method for monitoring the health status of high voltage transmission tower is proposed,which is based on the comparison of the natural frequency of the high voltage transmission tower.Based on SZ451 type(positive umbrella type 500kV double loop)high voltage transmission tower as the research object,design the prediction method for fatigue life of the structure,in order to find the high voltage transmission tower fatigue damage.This paper uses the PVDF piezoelectric film according to the piezoelectric properties,making the sensor based on PVDF piezoelectric film,and the change of natural frequency of high voltage transmission tower can determine whether the health principle of high voltage transmission tower,in the high voltage transmission tower through natural vibration,piezoelectric sensor with a high contrast the transmission tower in the health and the displacement waveform comparison after damage to determine whether the high-voltage transmission tower has been damaged by PVDF,proposed a new method for health monitoring of high voltage transmission tower.
