After study of the Piezoelectric properties and their voltage output characteristics ofPVDF piezoelectric film. And according to the needs of the athletes training, after lots of trialand error we designed a new sensor which base on the PVDF. And we use the MCU thatbase on ARM Cortex-M3core as the master controller.Finaly we use the upper computerprocess the datas.The hole system contain two parts-the plantar pressure measure system and the uppercomputer software. The plantar pressure measure system constitute analog circuits and digitalcircuits. The analog circuits contain PVDF sensor and signal adjust citcuits。The signalprocess by the analog circuits will be transfer to the ADC converter。The digital circuitscontain the master controller,the power supply circuit,wireless model and TF storage.ADC converter we directly use the built-in high speed A/D converter in the STM32F207micro controller which is base on the ARM Cotex-M3core。The samples from the ADC willbe directly store into TF card throuht DMA channel. After the test,the datas could be transferthrough WS1110wireless model or directly read to the computer. Finally the datas couldanalysis and process by the software which developed by the LabVIEW VI software.The system is able to output the dynamic signal of the athletic plantar pressure inreal-time and stable and reliable.And it provides a basis for the correct attitude for athletes.
