The sensor technology is the front technology of the modern science and technology, as well as one of the three major pillars of the modern information technology, and its development level is one of the important symbols for weighing a nation's scientific and technology development level. PVDF piezoelectric film is a new-type high polymer type sensing material, and through using its piezoelectric characteristics, a variety of sensors have been developed to meet the different measurement requirements, which has already been one of the focuses of the modern research. And a lot of successful examples have been made in the application of PVDF piezoelectric film by domestic and international researchers.In this paper, the sine and cosine shaped sensors have been designed by using the integral characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric film. The sine PVDF sensor can be used alone to measure the displacement, speed, acceleration, stain, stress of the roof beam vibration; the cosine PVDF sensor can be used alone to measure the angular displacement and shear of the roof beam vibration; by using them jointly , the structural intensity can be measured for the roof beam without any finite differential error. Since the sensor designed is very light, it has no additional effect on the measurement system.The sensors are made of 28um thick four-layered PVDF piezoelectric film, and the form of the electrode is made through cutting and acetone eroding to ensure a non-metallization edge for the sensor. Lead attachment techniques for designed piezo film sensors, The top and bottom tabs are off-set with respect to each other, we use penetrative techniques, Rivets or eyelets and crimp connectors can be affixed to the off-set conductive traces on the piezo film.Finally, the designed sine and cosine sensor are applied on the simulated semi-infinite roof beam to compare their measurement results with the traditional piezoelectric acceleration sensor. The experiment results show that they are applicable and feasible.
