With the concept of the wearable device emerging,wearable devices for health management and medical diagnosis have become a trending research subject.Flexible temperature sensor with softness,flexibility,high sensitivity,good biocompatibility,light weight and its ability to attach to skin has been widely used in areas such as healthcare and human health management.In this paper,temperature sensing composites with positive temperature effect was developed by using graphite as conductive filler,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and polyethylene oxide(PEO)as matrix materials.Combined with microscopic characterization and DSC analysis,the movement of conductive particles inside the composite during heating is described.The temperature sensitivity mechanism of flexible temperature sensor is studied.A wearable flexible temperature sensor for monitoring body temperature is designed.Temperature-sensitive characteristics of the wearable flexible temperature sensor such as repeatability,stability,response time,and anti-interference characteristics have been analyzed.The results show the sensor exhibited a high accuracy of 0.1 °C and high repeatability nearly 2000 times,in the sensing temperature range of 25-42 °C.In this paper,a skin-attachable flexible temperature sensor with good air permeability is designed.The sensor can be closely attached to human skin and obtain the skin temperature of different parts of the human body accurately.A stretchable flexible temperature sensor was specially designed for the measurement of body temperature under the armpit.With its stretch rate greater than 50%,the stretchable flexible temperature sensor can be used for measuring the temperature of the underarm eliminating the interference caused by the stretching of the arms and accurately obtain the underarm temperature when the body is healthy or in fever.The results show that the flexible temperature sensor designed in this paper meets the requirements of human body temperature measurement and has great prospects of application in the field of medical health.
