Steam turbine is the core equipment of power plant,and it is the basis of reliable output power.Continuous production of quality in line with the provisions of the electric power is the basic requirements of the network.Two indicators of the quality of the power generation is the frequency of the pass rate and the voltage of the qualified rate.The frequency and voltage of the two and the turbine speed have a certain relationship.So the design of steam turbine control system of the main task is to realize the accurate adjustment to the rotational speed of the turbine,in order to ensure power quality to meet the requirements and ensure the safe operation of steam turbine equipment.In this paper,the design of turbine of LHJ-1 control system is digital type of the third generation of DEH control system,it to energy balance equation of steam turbine rotor based design,to eh high-voltage oil as the transmission medium,the electrohydraulic conversion,the realization of the control of steam turbine speed and power;Steam turbine LHJ-1 control system through acquisition turbine speed and valve bits,through the PID operation correction speed instruction,the instruction signal through the electro-hydraulic converter realize oil motive in the hydraulic linear operation,so as to drive the steam inlet valve opening and closing adjustment into the steam volume size.All the functions are realized by the operator station OIS(Operator Interface Stations).The signal acquisition realizes the digitization,the instruction transmission realizes the network,the man-machine conversation function is formidable,satisfies all kinds of operation condition request.The system also designed a security system to ensure that in a variety of critical situations,to achieve the safety of the unit.Finally,in the MATLAB simulation system on the platform of the experiment,the control system of quality control testing without steam medium,and several typical faults were enumerated and given treatment phenomenon.
