With the development of the social economics,the chemical fiber spinning of our country has greatly increased.As the key device of the spinning system,the high-speed spinning winder is constantly developing toward the high-speed,continuative,auto- mation and control-intelligent.Taking the high-speed winder as the control object,this paper will focous on its reliable brake-control system and make sure that it will be effectively carried out over trail when the silk cake is completely.Reliability control system is a key factor in development of enterprises. In order to achieve production requirements of enterprises, advanced production equipments must be developed and used.The issue that will be study in this paper comes from the actual needs of the enterprise .The design which is as a transformation design for this paper is based on the enterprise original control system .And it is not only to meet the control requirements of enterprises, but also to be compatible with the existing production equipment.The design will achieve the original idea of the enterprise that are low-cost inputs and high-quality returns.Based on control mode of the spindle motor has been analyzed in this paper, two different control methods of controller designs are proposed.one is based on the traditional relay control method, the another one is based on technology method. Although the two control schemes are in different ways, but both of the methods are based on the energe loses braking,and the functional modules are similar with the transformer circuit, rectifier circuit and relay control circuit.The key parts of the control system design are the hardware composition and the software realization. In order to control the system reliably, there is a great necessary to design a good control system. For the special working environment of the spindle motor,in the design of the spindle controller which based on SCM control,we dedicately design a small-scale power to privide the different voltages to chips and divics,meanwhile,we analysed the software process,then got the flow diagram of main program. To verify the controller design is reasonable and practical in this paper, it is very important to run the controller on the test platform. Meanwhile ,the mathematical model of the spindle motor is established in the SIMULINK environment in the final of this paper,the aim is getting a simulation for spindle motor in an ideal working environment. To ensure the quality of controller furthermore, we compared the data obtained by simulation with the data which obtained on test platform .The designed controller in this paper has the merits such as full-featured, high reliability ,easy operation and so on,so it can absolutely satisfy the control requirements of the enterprise.
