Environmental Simulation Test Control System Based On Plc

All kinds of military equipment must be gone through strictly examination and testing before produced and used.Therefore it’s necessary to establish a large environmental simulation laboratory,its purpose is to determine the adaptability of equipment at different conditions.This paper in combination with an engineering equipment environment simulation test project, designed en environmental simulation test control system based on IPC and PLC.The environmental simulation test system is composed of high/low temperature and humidity laboratory, temperature shock laboratory, sunshine radiation laboratory and various control subsystem. Different parameters of environmental test is completed based on the coordination conrol of every subsystem.Firstly,system control scheme and the testing process is designed accroding to the function of each subsystem:Secondly, software and hardware design of Siemens S7-300PLC is finished;Thirdly. temperature and humidity model of laboratory is analysised accroding to the actual situation.asystem operation is improved by using fuzzy control and expert control Finally, monitoring system is finished by using of WinCC7.0. parameter setting function.the device status display function, alarm display function, trend curves and other functions is realized.The application of intelligent control technology and the choce of high-performance hardware not only achieve automatic control of the entire system, but also improve the accuracy of the system. The system has been running for more than a year’s time, in good condition overall.
