The Olympic promotional video,filmed by candidate country,serves to win the Olympic bid.As a part of national publicity film,the Olympic promotional video promises to reflect the dominant ideology of the candidate country.The Olympic promotional Video,featured by timeliness,university and remarkable power,contributes a lot to cross-cultural communication and showing national image.In 31 st,July,2015,four exquisite Olympic promotional videos were displayed,helping Beijing win the 2022 Winter Olympic bid.The communication strategies used in the Olympic promotional video will be discussed in the thesis.Firstly,the writer will give a brief introduction to Olympic promotional video and communication strategies.Secondly,a systematic analysis is conducted to illustrate the importance of using communication strategies in 2022 Olympic promotional video.Then from the perspective of specific communication strategy,the author will analyze the features of communication strategy in 2022 Olympic promotion video.Finally,this paper intends to use their merits for reference to provide guidance and advice for future transmission of national image.
