With the rapid development of science and technology,people's requirements on home environment comfort are gradually increased,e.g.,perceiving the temperature,humidity,light,and fire and so on,so as to improve the quality of life based on the Internet of things(especial ZigBee)and sensor technology,this paper designs and implements an intelligent monitoring system,which can collects the different information of the indoor environment by the various types of sensors,transmits the data generated by the sensor to the central gateway with ZigBee wireless network technology,and finally the data can be processed and display in the host computer.In particular,this paper designs and realizes the hardware and software of the system.The hardware modules include wireless sensor network module,sensor module,home gateway and power supply circuit module.The software includes Z-Stack protocol software program,the home gateway software program and the client software program.Finally,the intelligent home environment monitoring system is finished.The experiment is made and the results shows that the system can meet the requirements,the real-time and reliability of system are verified,and has good scalability.
