China Gee TV's Development Strategy Research

In 1980s,the central government established the policy of "four levels of TV",and the television media industry developed rapidly.Central and provincial TV stations develop relatively fast,the economic benefits,they took the big head.In contrast,the development of the city stations is relatively slow.As the end of the four TV stations,the county level TV stations,industrialization is in its infancy.On the one hand,the county level TV station is affected by the above three TV stations,on the other hand,it is influenced by the new media.This paper selects a county television in North China as the main research object,using literature research,case study analysis method,experience summary and analysis tools of strategic management are combined,using the macro environment analysis:analysis of political,economy,and Society technology etc,using Potter's "Five Forces Model" in the TV industry competition structure analysis of existing competitors,substitute products or services of the threat,the threat of new entrants,the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of customers a total of five kinds of power and internal conditions of television development combined with the analysis of lattice.In the case of television the external opportunities and threats and internal strengths and weaknesses by using SWOT matrix,a history of the development of China's TV media and television are On the other hand finishing,the paper analyzes the current situation of Zhunger TV station,systematically analyzed and expounded in the lattice television media strategic management activities,points out the reasons restricting the development strategy of Zhunger TV station,and puts forward the focus the development strategy.Scholars have little research on the development strategy of county level TV stations.This paper through on-the-spot investigation research on Zhunger TV station,strategic development of grid television,put forward some shallow understanding,hope to have some help for the future development of Zhunger TV station,development of a reference to other county TV station.
