With the development of wireless transmission,wireless data transmission is more and more popular in industry,agriculture and production and life.In industrial,robot can replace human work in adverse working condition.And the handheld controller is powered by battery.how to choose a suitable battery,how to reduce the power consumption of the system.These problems become more and more worse.Based on embedded RF wireless transceiver chip,a wireless handheld controller is designed to solve the problems of routing problem,high power-consumption and great error of data transmission occurred in traditional wire handheld controllers.The new controller succeeds in decreasing the power consumption,improving the flexibility and reducing errors of data transmission.The single-chip microcomputer stm32f051c8t6 is adopted as the central processing unit,and its expansion ports are used for the design of the wireless transceiver with the module nRF905.The test results indicate that within the range of 20 meters,the error increases with the increase of the distance in the process of data transmission rate but it doesn't exceed 0.0002,which meet the system requirements.In this paper,the wireless handheld controller is studied from two aspects:hardware design and software.The controller adopts the ARM chip of the Coretex-MO core as the main controller of the system,which has the characteristics of small size and low power consumption.As the key of the whole system,nRF905 takes an important part of the data transmission,which selected as the wireless chips after selection.This module can transmit data at three different frequencies,plays a very important role in the increase of interference in the process of data transmission,at the same time,the application of frequency hopping technology laid a foundation.In the process of software application development,in view of the different functions,we divide into different modules to carry on the design,which can increase the readability of the software program and accelerate the development of the software program.The level of the user defined in the program is used to complete the main function and the configuration of the interrupt function.All kinds of data transmission protocol which is involves in data transmittion is written at the user protocol layer.In the process of the development of the program,we diretly call the library library function so releatively fast.The final test results show that the handheld controller has the characteristics of low power consumption,high reliability,simple operation,low cost ect.
