Power management system is an important auxiliary operation and management tool of electric power.In the field of oilfield power management,the traditional power management system is limited by the wired network and fixed equipment,real-time and convenience is difficult to fulfil the needs of fine management.Therefore,the development of a set of handheld devices based on the oil plant power operation and management system has a strong practical significance.In this paper,the functional and non functi onal requirements of the system are analyzed based on the requirement of power operation management and the development trend of the system.The power management system model of the handheld device in oil extraction plant is established,and the architectu re design,function design,database design and security design are carried out.The system includes two main modules: power operation management and power line navigation.This paper deeply analyzes the path planning algorithm and map matching algorithm involved in the power line navigation module.Through the research and analysis of traditional Dijkstra algorithm,found the reason of inefficiency and time-consuming.Based on the introduction of the evaluation function,some invalidation nodes are removed and the path planning is optimized.Aiming at the problem that the traditional map matching algorithm has high matching error rate in the complex road area,this paper improves the traditional map matching algorithm by improving the map matching standard and adding the map matching parameters,and compiles the computer realization flow of the optimization algorithm.So as to realize the reasonable matching between the vehicle route and the road in Complicated Area.This paper describes the development and realization of the power management system of the handheld device in oil production plant.In the power operation management module,the principle of data receiving and analyzing,the development process of power management and power stealing management are explained.In the power line navigation module,the development of key functions such as drawing engine,navigation engine and search engine are described.At the end of this paper,the functions of the system were carefully tested.The system functions to achieve the design targets,running in good condition.It has laid a solid foundation for the field application.
