| In the era of large data,the information exploded.The Mongolian news website grew rapidly,rich in content,the material data of the website news is more and more.In order to further promote the development of media education in Mongolian areas,to help cultivate more Mongolian news gathering and editing talents,to track the massive Mongolian news material in real time,the design and realization of Mongolian news media fusion platform has become an urgent problem to be solved.The overall design of the Mongolian news media integration platform is as follows.First crawling material resources from the fixed Mongolian website and the relevant Chinese website,the material into the database as media type after segmentation and other pre-processing,and then the material resources cluster as theme of content and then return to the database,display material resource as the theme in front of the website,students can download the material according to interest,and then edit and publish the material through the non-linear editing software system.In order to re-edit these news video materials,this paper has researched the key content of video non-linear editing in Mongolian news media fusion platform,mainly two aspects as follows:Firstly,the research of the Mongolian news website as for material source.Adequate Mongolian news material resources are the basis for re-editing of relevant Mongolian news.Therefore,the author first made a survey on the Mongolian news website,including the Mongolian News Network,the People's Network Mongolian Version,Chifeng Mongolian News Network and other 13 Mongolian news websites.These Mongolian news sites have a large number of video,audio,pictures and other news material resources,including video material,the main format are FLV,MP4,etc.;audio material,the main format is MP3;picture material,the main format are JPG and so on.The study of the Mongolian news website is well prepared for the next non-linear editing of Mongolian news videos.Secondly,the realization of Mongolian news video non-linear editing software system.The existing video non-linear editing software is only about 30 days of probationary period,and EDIUS internal does not directly provide Mongolian vertical captioning template.Therefore,the author integrated and optimizated the open source program Openshot and Inkscape,to achieve a Mongolian news video for non-linear editing software system.First of all,some English has been translated in Chinese on the original program inte:rface,including Title,Video Format and so on.Second,some of the complex sub-projects in the interface were re-optimized combination,the use of qt designer software to help the drop-down menu sub-projects were re-combination.In addition,the use of Mongolian mirror fonts and Inkscape open source program to achieve the Mongolian subtitles vertical version of the display,and add the image window in the system material area.The final re-packaged procedures to generate exe format installation package.In this paper,a series of functional tests are carried out on the software system.The test results show that the system can meet the basic needs of beginners' non-linear editing of Mongolian news video. |
