Coal resources is an important support for China's economic development and social progress,its role as the main energy will last for a long time,while the safety situation of coal mine is not optimistic.This issue that how to maximize the safety of miners under the premise of rational development has always been the focus of our attention and research.The wireless network coverage and the duty check of security inspectors in the remote areas of the coal mine has designed and realized through the monitoring of environmental parameters and the positioning of security personnel in this paper.The ZigBee technology is chose for its low power consumption,high reliability and low cost.The CC2430/CC2431 of TI has been determined as the controller.On positioning algorithm,we select the RSSI location algorithm which is suitable for the design and system by researching;about environmental testing,CC2431 is used as a positioning terminal node for security personnel to position,DTH11 temperature and humidity sensors and MJC4-3.0 gas sensor is used for underground environmental testing.The design of lower computer software is completed by the Z-stack protocol stack under the environment of IAR Embedded Workbench development;the host computer software is developed by the integration of C # language and SQL sever 2005 database under the environment of Visual Studio 2012 and the security and positioning information management system is ultimately completed.Finally,the corridor is chose as the experimental environment to test the safety supervision and positioning system in terms of the actual situation.Through the corridor test,the positioning effect of this system and environmental monitoring parameters is normal and has a practical value to a certain extent.
