With the development of society,people pay more attention to health,doctors can determine the physical condition of the patient by biochemical,blood coagulation and specific protein analysis results.Aiming at the shortage of funds and space in urban and rural hospitals,rescue and field operations,the design of multi function analyzer is of practical significance for the market to occupy a broad market and improve the quality of life.The signal acquisition,processing and analysis of this system is based on the Lambert Bill detection principle.The STM32F207 chip is adopted as the core of main control board.The temperature is detected and controlled through the AD590 and Parr stick.The data transmission is implemented by USB and PC.The motor control is classified using Lv8729 and the valve is controlled using CAN bus.Besides,the RT,thread real-time operating system is introduced to improve the coordination ability of each module.In view of the differences in the environment in different regions,the adaptive temperature control algorithm is designed to realize the intelligent control of the temperature and the accuracy index is ±0.5?.The conventional control,fuzzy algorithm and BP neural network are compared through experiments and simulations.In addition,subdivision circuit and acceleration and deceleration algorithm are designed to improve the speed of the motor,reduce the loss of step and overshoot phenomenon,improve the detection accuracy.The experimental results show that the method can improve the repeatability of each test and save time for each test.The debugging of each module is realized,including the design of graphical interface.Finally,the blood samples were tested,and the test results accorded with the test parameters of the instrument.
