While the informatizations of bank business keep on progressing, information management systems extend from banking business area to their internal management range. As the important point of both internal administration and internal financing, human resource management always take a lot of manpower, so that developing a information human resource management system would improve the efficiency of internal manage of banks, then they can put more manpower into business and marketing.Firstly, paper talks about the research background and the project significance, and introduces the recently research and application status in human resource management system by China MingSheng Bank (CMBC), and identifies the main work and research contents.For business optimizing, the paper analyzes the existing problems, and introduces the business participants. Based on the delayering principle, redesigns the original business processes. According to the demand analysis results, it makes the function analysis by use case, feature pack and breviary class diagrams. It divides 5 modules, which are basic information management, recruiting management, employee resigning management, salary management, KPI management. Then, based on the entities design in breviary class analysis, it gives the entities relationship analysis, and accordance with the data dictionary, it transforms the entities to database tables.At last, paper summarizes all the work above, and gives a forward view for its deficiencies and the next work.
