Analysis And Design Of The Management System Of The Cadre Work In The Secondary School

With the rapid development of information technology, computers can be applied to many areas.Many people generally use computers to improve efficiency. So a lot of management systems come into being. These systems not only increase efficiency but also greatly facilitate the management. As a high school administrator of the Communist Youth League, I would like to design a Communist Youth League service work management system to assist teachers who are involved in the Communist Youth League to complete the branch management of Communist Youth League, such as league membership management, operation management, information management, cost management, selection of outstanding, advanced management, system management, and other daily work. Application of computer data processing, data storage and other aspects of the outstanding features, helps managers to standardize management, improve efficiency and reduce errors, while providing fast query and retrieval capabilities.This paper introduces the background of WuGuiShan School’s Communist Youth League’s work management system, the project significance and current research and application status, clear the main contents of the thesis. In business analysis, system problems, organizational structure, existing business processes are analyzed and given the optimized business processes. In functional analysis by analyzing use cases and use case descriptions, this paper clears the function of the system, shows the overall system functional package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including package diagram of the branch management of Communist Youth League, league membership management, operation management, information management, cost management, selection of outstanding, advanced management and system management. In the data analysis, dissertation data systems needed to handle each function is analyzed and given the entity class diagram, set up a database table structure. Finally, the paper research and analysis are summarized, and look ahead to the further work.
