Research And Analysis Of The Communist Youth League Management System Of The College Of Science And Technology Of Guizhou University

The Communist Youth League Committee of Guizhou University Institute of science and technology is a college of science and technology of advanced youth mass organization, as the party's assistant and reserve force, is the bridge and link between the Party School of Communist Youth League, play an important role in education, training, unity, guide, service the majority of members of youth. Development of Guizhou University College of Science and Technology Youth League work management system, create network platform of the Work of Communism Youth League, to promote the work of the Communist Youth League is more effective and reasonable, can better carry out the work of ideological education of young students, has a very important significance to carry out the work of students of Institute of science and technology.In this paper, for the manual management situation of the Communist Youth League work in Guizhou University Institute of science and technology, we analyze and design a reasonable information management system. This paper first introduces the research background of the Youth corps committee work management system, and the present situation of study and application of similar system are introduced, problems existing in the similar system are given. The paper defines the content of the research and the main work, the structure of the thesis is given. In business analysis, firstly the system service are described, analyzed the organization and business problems, analyzes the existing business processes, and some business process were simplified and transformation. In the system function analysis, analyzes the system user, then use case diagram depicts the business functions of the system, and finally use the package diagram further describe the system functional structure. In data analysis, functional data analysis for the system using the class diagram abbreviation, we give the relations between the main entity class, and carried out a detailed database design. Finally summarizes my research result, and puts forward the next step work to do.
