Research And Analysis On The Work Management System Of Class Teachers In Xinhui Electromechanical Vocational And Technical Schools In Jiangmen City

This paper introduces the research background of the work management system charging the teachers for Xinhui Vocational School, the significance of the project, the current research and application status of the content. The paper also emphasize the main work of thesis research. In the business analysis, the paper presents the problems existing in the system, organization and the original business process, and gives a modified business process. In functional analysis, the paper exactly clear the system function through the case analysis and the use case description, gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram, including students’ basic information management, attendance management, curriculum, and the term performance management, rewards and punishments management. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed by each function and gives the entity class diagram and establishes the database table structure. At the end this paper finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work and the further work will be also discussed.
