Design And Implementation Of An Information Management System For Youth League Committee

E-Youth League Committee taking the development of E-governmentas anopportunity,hasa huge room for improvement. Information Management Systems for YouthLeague Committee, as a means to achieveE-Youth League Committee, can provide themanagement of League members, League cadres and Leagueorganizations with Informationtechnology support, which is important to the information construction of Youth LeagueCommittee.Firstly,weanalysedfunctional requirements of theInformation Management System onmanagement of League members as well as League organizations, transaction betweensuperiors and subordinates, information, and the system. Then, we designed a multi-tierarchitectureby adding "middle layer"between the client and the database, summarized anddesignedmodules of organization management,league members management,league cadresmanagement, transaction management between superiors and subordinates,reportmanagement, sending and receiving information management, public section informationmanagement, subscription management and system management according to thepropertiesofeach part of the system.We designedinterfaces anderror handling mechanisms ofthesystemas well.In aspects ofthe system’s implementation, we expounded the implementation of leaguemembers and organization management subsystem divided into three parts, and analyzedtheimplementation oftransaction management between superiors and subordinates as well asreport management. Then, we describedimplementation of the modules, such as sending andreceiving information management, public section information management, subscriptionmanagement and system management. The system designed andimplemented by this paper,provides web-based information management functions andhas a good effect onimproving theYouth League Committee’s level of information of management as well as handling officialbusiness.
