Research And Analysis Of Conference Management Information System Of Kunming Resort Management Committee

The management committee of kunming resort area is composed of numerous internal organizations,accredited units and directly affiliated enterprises.Daily communication and coordination departments have a large span,and communication is inconvenient.All kinds of meetings are managed in the traditional way,which requires a lot of manpower for meeting arrangement,coordination,statistics and archiving.lt increases the working pressure of staff and reduces administrative efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a simple and practical meeting management system in combination with practical work to realize the overall management of meetings and improve administrative efficiency.This paper takes the management information system of the meeting of kunming resort management committee as the research background.According to the three stages before,during and after the conference,the original business processes,such as meeting application,meeting room allocation and layout,meeting holding,check-in,voting,filing of meeting materials and meeting information release,were sorted out and optimized to design the business process more in line with the information system.Use case description and use case analysis are completed with the use case diagram to clarify the required functions of the system in the functional analysis.According to the analysis results,the overall package diagram of the system and the subfunction package diagram are completed.The system data analysis is completed by using the mutual relation of functional modules,the system required information table is designed,the entity relationship diagram is drawn,and the basic database design is completed.The whole system is divided into six sub-systems:meeting preparation management,meeting management,post-meeting information archive management,meeting information release management,basic data management and system management.Following the principle of software engineering,this paper studies and analyzes the meeting management information system of kunming resort management committee by adopting object oriented method,and realizes the informatization design of meeting management process,which lays a solid foundation for the subsequent detailed design and system implementation,and provides a detailed basis.Finally,it summarizes the systematic research and analysis content involved in this paper,and plans the next step of work in combination with the actual situation,and looks forward to the future development.
