The leasing business is to ensure that the property management companies to provide good business services to customers to obtain an important part of the revenue, and how the level of management of the lease reflects a specific, is the occupancy rate and customer satisfaction two aspects.In this paper, according to the characteristics of commercial commercial leasing in Jinluo Commercial City, aiming at the actual business process of leasing management, taking shop leasing as the core, aiming at enhancing the shop occupancy rate and customer satisfaction; combining object-oriented technology with VP-UML Modeling tools, research and analysis of the shop rental management system.This paper first introduces the development background of the rental management system, discusses the significance and importance of the leasing system, and then summarizes the problems to be solved. Then, the detailed analysis of the demand is made. After detailed analysis of the various functions of the system, the business flow diagram, the use case diagram and the concept class diagram of the system are given and the use cases are described.
