Merchant Managementmodule is divided into sub-module basic information management, log managementsub-module and authorization management sub-module; retail management modules include retail information maintenance sub-module, shop sales management sub-module andsub-module and retail shops in search type sub-module; Lease Management modules includeleasing personnel management sub-module, leasing statistical sub-module, contractmanagement sub-module and history sub-module; revenue Management expenseManagement module is divided into sub-modules, expense management sub-module, set upsub-module costs, fees and expenses summary breakdown sub-module sub-module;notification management module includes arrears notice sub-modules, sub-modulestemporary fee notice and due notice sub-modules.For the design of this system, we use B/S structure, investment in commercial real estatelease management system designed for Web pages, investors can browse through the pages,practical SQL Server2008as the database, practical Struts MVC design pattern to keepwithin the platform personalized custom components, and then implemented by JDBCinterface and connectivity of SQL Server2008, with Jsp (JavaScript) to design Web pages, tothe Java language as the basis for the development of the whole system in Netbeansdevelopment platform.The system as a whole to provide for investors comprehensive commercial real estateinformation to facilitate investors to make decisions, detailed design of the commercial realestate fees management system, to facilitate rapid access to commercial real estate owners thecost of providing a commercial real estate fast merchants leasing platform to facilitate theinvestors and real estate companies.
