The Lack Of Public Service Functions Of Local TV Media And Countermeasure Research

TV media is the carrier of information dissemination?public service providers.It has many characteristics,such as and closely linked to the public,and strong influence.Under the background of rapid development in the new media,television media's voice still has the high authority and credibility,and has an important role in the life of the people.Therefore,improve the public service ability of TV media,is the transformation of government construction and the inevitable demand of the media's own development.In this paper,from the Angle of the local TV media,the public service function,for lack of public service function and countermeasures research topic,Integrated use of comparative analysis,induction,data statistics and other methods,to sanya station as the research object,this paper probes into the problems in its provision of public services,and local TV media are analyzed by the point and the problems and the reasons of the lack of public service function,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.Through the analysis and research,made clear the following questions: one is summarized TV media mainly includes information dissemination,guide the supervision of public service,culture and education,live entertainment,and other functions;Second is sanya station as an example to find local television media the main problems existing in the provision of public services;Three is about the lack of local television public service function analysis and finishing;Four is put forward for the existing problems related to raise the capacity of local television public service countermeasure.
