Design And Development Of Military Process Knowledge Base System

With the development of information technology,the distributed collaboration mode supported by process knowledge becomes the main development mode of military products.Process knowledge becomes the core competitiveness of the development and innovation of military manufacturing.To achieve the sharing and reusing of process knowledge using knowledge base system is an important research direction in the field of military manufacturing.In this paper,the architecture of military technology knowledge and the knowledge base are builted.An effective knowledge retrieval method is proposed,and the knowledge management and application software system are developed.These promote the sharing and the reuse of military process knowledge.Firstly,based on the analysis of present situation of military technology management and the research status of knowledge base system,this paper analyses the requirement of the knowledge-base system.Then the framework and functional structure of the system are constructed.In the research and construction of the ontology-based military process knowledge base,the military process knowledge is organized and the ontology model of military process is persistently stored.A hybrid knowledge-retrieval method based on ontology semantic extension and user attributes collaborative filtering is proposed in this study.Moreover,several experiments were conducted to illustrate the effectiveness and accuracy.Finaly,based on the above key technologies the Military Process Knowledge Base System is developed.Through the above research works,personalized accurate retrieval of the process knowledge is realized.In addition,it is conducive to improve the efficiency of process knowledge acquisition,accelerate the process of knowledge transfer,realize the whole industry process knowledge sharing gradually and improve the level of the overall process technology.
