With the continuous expansion of the scale of YuanZhou Distribute Power Company in YiChun City, the power supply security is becoming more and more important. Safety in power production is an important requirement of economic benefits. Power production income is the basis of the company’s survival and development, is the main source of economic benefits and is the lifeblood of the whole company. Safety in power production is the basis and guarantee for the production of Power Company. If the safety condition in power production is not good, it will reduce the amount of electricity generation and increase the cost of all kinds of expenses, which will lead to the cost rise and the benefit reduce. So pay attention to safety in power production is the basis of making sound economic benefits. However, safety equipment management also holds an important position in the daily management of the company. It is not only improving the working efficiency but also ensure stuffs personal safety. In recent years, routine examination of safety equipment is often a mere formality, sense of safety equipment for regular safety inspection is eroded. Scrapping management is not strictly which can lead to confusion in the ledger. Therefore research and analysis a Safety Equipment Management System that could meet the actual requirements of the company’s safety equipment management will greatly improve the company’s economic benefits and promote the development of the company’s Information construction.This thesis adopts the method of Object Oriented Research and Analysis. At first, this thesis introduces research background and elaborate significance and current research and application of safety equipment management system and makes clear the content and the main content. This thesis uses the principle and method of software engineering to analyze system requirements.In the section of business analysis, first elaborates the existing problems in the present safety equipment management business, analyzes the existing business process by Lane Map, divides the original business process into 5 process:storage management, collar management business process, return management business process, test management business process, scrap management business process, basic information management business process and System management business process, gives the optimized business process in view of the shortcomings of the original business process. In the section of functional analysis, this thesis makes clear the function of the system through Use Case Diagram and Package Diagram, including some sub use cases such as:storage management, collar management, return management, test management, scrap management, basic information management and System management. According to the use case diagram gives the overall function of the system package diagram and the sub function package diagram, including storage management, collar management, return management, test management, scrap management, basic information management and System management package diagram. In the section of data analysis, this thesis uses Abbreviated Class Diagram to analysis these data that collar management, return management, test management, scrap management, basic information management and System management need to deal with, and gives the entity relationship diagram and establishes database table structure. In the end, this thesis summarizes the previous research and analysis and gives the next step of the work carries out in the future.
