The research core is to deal with the grid infrastructure management appear different problems, the integrated power grid enterprise infrastructure management and business development needs, maximize sent back the advantages of computer management, construction of power grid enterprise infrastructure project management system.This thesis expounds the project management system of power company infrastructure projects in the background of the project into several parts, the significance of the research project, research and application status of the current system and the main work. In the process of business process analysis, for the system with three points are described in detail:first, existing problems, secondly, the organization structure, furthermore, the original business process, finally, transformation and optimization of the business process.
