The main research work includes the following aspects:1. This paper introduces the background and significance of the research of the provincial radio and TV monitoring system, summarizes the development course of China's Radio and TV monitoring system, and analyzes the development trend of Henan radio and TV monitoring system.2. In this paper, the basic theory of digital TV system, DVB-C system, H.264 video signal is introduced in detail, and the application needs and functional requirements of the provincial radio and TV monitoring system are analyzed in Henan province.
