Research On The Design And Implementation Of The User Management System Of Jiangsu TBT Information Platform

Along with rapid development of globalization and information technology, our country has entered into nationwide information era, our country has requested to use information to aid government development in terms of servicing the society. Under these circumstances, Subscriber Management System of Jiangsu Information Platform of TBT has decided to reform. The new system is required to serve users in more specific areas, and to realize analysis function on user's action, to help system administrator adjust platform so that it could better adapt to user's preference and professionalism.This paper's research goal is to design and develop Subscriber Management System of Jiangsu Information Platform of TBT. Firstly, it discusses essay background, the research status of global and national information governing system and basic theory of project governing, it also provides theoretical basis towards the governing and operation of user governing system. Secondly, it analyses the current status of Subscriber Management System of Jiangsu Information Platform of TBT, it sets project development objects. it then designs thoroughly towards the whole system frame, each function module, system safety and database, based on software development discipline and combines system requirements. Finally, it analyses the specific operations of Subscriber Management System of Jiangsu Information Platform of TBT, including the preparation, plans and procedure control of the project operation, risk control of ongoing projects and the expected applying effects analysis of the final system.
