| In the field of information and signal processing, high-speed of data acquisition has become an indispensable part. Similarly, requirements for data storage in systems have become more sophisticated in communications and aerospace. High speed data acquisition systems require the storage device with large capacity, fast storage speed and stability, which is adapted to any kind of work environment. This thesis takes SSD storage devices as the object of study, studying on network interfaces of storage devices based on the analysis of Ethernet interface and NAND Flash technology. Solid state memory is deserializer and pipelining, realizing high-speed data writing into Flash chip arrays, increasing average write speed of SSD storage devices at the same time. And the Ethernet interface for the data output interface solves the problem that SSD storage device can connect to computer. This thesis first describes the aim of the project, research background and meaning. Secondly, the realization of command queuing optimization mechanisms is given, designing bad block management separately, wear-leveling, and page functions such as read and write, to make NAND Flash memory in SSD Flash disk play higher performance. For later processing, using Ethernet transceivers with SSD downloads of 10/100/1000 Mbps. Realizing high-speed data output of the Windows and Linux cross-platform with setting socket programming techniques. Finally, the performance network interfaces for the SSD storage device is tested and it shows that the design achieves the desired results. |
