The traditional mass media launched a huge world a flat for us, new mobile phone media makes everyone become the center of world. The emergence of mobile phone media and popular, greatly changed people's life, but also changed the mode of mass communication, activities in the dissemination of media, mobile phone users are no longer just recipients, they have also become the disseminators, user characteristics, psychology has changed. Mobile phone media era has came, this research is also originated from this.This study started from the mobile phone media, three stages of development of mobile phone media as well as the current situation to do a detailed analysis and summary. After a preliminary understanding of mobile phone media, this article defines the mobile phone media were defined, and that the mobile phone media should be considered as new media, true at the same time, it also has the new characteristics of the propagation. The paper analyzes new features of mobile phone media four, think the mobile phone media is a kind of to meet the real needs of the user's media integration, integration of interpersonal communication and mass communication, so the mobile phone media has new characteristics of personalized, interactive and mobility, seamless and fragmentation. After fully understanding the mobile phone media, and media on mobile phone user from the user attributes are described, the mobile phone media users distribution shown widely, the feature of rapid growth, the final analysis of the mobile phone media users demand.The second part of the thesis is research on the customer psychology of. Starting from the propagation theory two stage effects, will the user psychology is divided into two parts the psychological selection of information and psychological reaction. The psychological aspects of choice for customers, is divided into two chapters, the first chapter separately from motive demand theory, individual difference theory, uses and gratifications theory and the gatekeeper theory to explain the psychological selection of users, the second chapter starts from the characteristics of personalized mobile phone media maximum user, personal communication psychology research users. Psychological reactions of users, is the emphasis on social psychology, cultural psychology, consumer psychology and entertainment psychological were discussed, in order to understand the law of psychological communication process, to provide a basis for achieving better communication effect.After the detailed elaboration to the user psychology, on the last part based found some problems, such as the pan entertainment, fragmentation and thinking. Mobile phone media obtained user psychology than traditional no user psychology has undergone great changes, the user requirements are also different, in order to realize the development of mobile phone media, attention should be paid to the psychology of users, to meet the needs of users, but also to improve the user's media literacy.
