Research On Engineering Management Information System Optimization Of China Telecom Inner Mongolia Branch

China Telecom has undergone a process in which TcT convergerce is invelved. In order to wine in the intense competition, project administravive information system of Inner Mongoliar Company must promote itself constantly.Building on project administrative theory, ERP thoery, fundamental construction procedure of communication engeering and China Telecom's related articles,this paper proposes an idea to promote the engeering administrative information system and functions needed from the prospective of business administration.this paper has made a thorough investigation and research on the practices of engeering administation and the on-going information system in China Telecom Group Inner Mongolia Company, and argues from the following3points:the linking up of the construction technological process; profection of the system function and engineering data's share-out.This paper succeeds in solveing the problem that the system has failed to conduct the whole project process and had failed to show the statistics chart. It also avoids the person in charge of the project not following the construction process. By optimizing the information system, the administration of China Telecom Group Inner Mongolia Company is much improved.
