With the deepening use of system and the scale expand constantly, new demands show constantly, so it makes the test the system.In this paper, it is the background, for the information situation of Anhui Vocational And Technical College, through analysis and comparison of different development methods, development model and its characteristics, discussed the technical problems of school management information system based on B/S. make a breakthrough of educational management and administration and hostel management,analys the existing management process and the management Process after implementation of information,develop the school management information system besed om B/S use the way of connect IIS+.NET+SQLServer,in order to realize dynamic, interactive and highly efficient network of information management. Analysis and design the system use the technology of UML. Based on this, detaily analysis the data of various subsystems, establish the data model and database tables. According to various subsystems and the need of Anhui Vocational And Technical College,it described how to develop the subsystem and the point of development process.Anhui Professional Technology Institute can implement administration information system with available condition. And a new path to implement administration system for professional technology institutes and universities in our country has been discovered.
