| Educational administration management,which always plays an important part in colleges and universities, is characterized by its heavy workload,complexity and high accuracy requirements. With the rapid development of information technology, the current society has entered the Internet era when computer and network technique has become more and more widely-used in many fields.Transformed from manual operation management to computer network operative mode, the educational administration management in colleges and universities is gradually becoming harder and harder due to the increasing expansion of college enrollment and the growing number of students in recent years. To process large amounts of information, the educational administrators have to improve their working efficiency. Therefore, the problem how we can make full use of the shortage of teaching resources, improve teaching efficiency, and gradually perfect the educational administration management system has become urgent before colleges and universities.In this article, through the analysis of the status quo of educational administration system in Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic and rational utilization of the existing software development platform, we adopt mature technology, such as ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, etc. to design a set of suitable educational administration management system which can meet the demands of the practical situation of the college. Such a well functional operating platform has brought great convenience to educational administrators, teachers and students, which improves the informationization degree and efficiency of the teaching management of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic. It is proved that this system owns the characteristics of wonderful stability, security,high efficiency and relatively-strong practical application value. Now the system has been put into used and practice indicates that it works quite well and more convenience has been brought to the entire school educational administration management and staff. Judged from the current application effect, this system has achieved the desired effect and improved the efficiency of the school educational administration departments. In one word, the system is able to satisfy the needs of theschool educational administration. |
