| Taking county-level city M as an example,it analyzes the public policy and its role in developing the equity of compulsory education in junior high school through multiple perspectives in this paper.It also gives some public policy recommendations to promote the equity of compulsory education in junior high school.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper.It mainly explains the purpose and the significance of the topic in this paper.It summarizes the domestic and foreign literature research and analyzes the content and structure of this study.It also further provides the study difficulties and innovations of this research paper.The second part is an overview of the equity of compulsory education in junior high school and the study of the public policy provides a theoretical basis for this paper.In the third part,taking county-level city M as an example,it tells the achievements and problems of the compulsory education equity in junior high school.And this paper analyzes the public policy causes of unfair phenomenons of compulsory education in junior middle school.The fourth part puts forward some public policy recommendations on how to develop compulsory education equity in county junior high school.First,In order to promote the rapid development of the rural areas,the value orientation of the public policy of compulsory education equity in rural junior middle school should be inclined.For the resource allocation of compulsory education in junior middle school,we should not only pay attention to integrating material education resources,such as school buildings,teaching equipment and other hardware construction,but also integrating the resources of teachers and administrators,such as improving the public policy on teacher resource allocation.Make good use of the Internet to develop a new teaching model to promote the equity of compulsory education in junior middle schools.Secondly,strengthen the mechanism of government responsibilities,and motivate social education resources to support the development of compulsory education in junior high schools.Third,increase the investment of the public finance in compulsory education in junior high school,and increase the proportion of special funds for education.Moreover,the special financial input and expenditure of education should be brought into the rule of law management,and it should accept supervision from all walks of life through the transparency of the public policy decision making process. |
