The teacher policy is mainly aimed at the teachers of education in the central and western regions.Encourage college students to take an active part in the service of rural compulsory education and bring knowledge and culture to the countryside In the rural education reform,the implementation of the teacher policy is undoubtedly a catalyst.But the policy has encountered some difficulties in its detailed implementation.After consulting a large number of literatures,the author found that there was no specific investigation on the status quo of the development of the rural special teachers in zhangjiakou.This paper is an empirical study on the teachers in zhangjiakou area of hebei province.The survey results show that:The teachers in zhangjiakou area are motivated by induction.Teaching status quo,Professional growth,Daily life,There are a lot of problems with future choices,The present situation of the survival of the special post teachers in Zhangjiakou is very complicated.Therefore,the author puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the present situation of the development of Zhangjiakou special Gang teachers.On the basis of data analysis and processing of the questionnaire survey of the teachers,To find out the problems highlighted by the teacher’s policy in the implementation process,And to solve the related problem to find the solution and the countermeasure.This paper is based on six major directions.The first part expounds the significance and background of the study.This paper analyzes the difficulties of the implementation of the special post policy in zhangjiakou district and the limitations of the region itself.The second part describes the current situation of relevant literature research in China,and deeply understands the relevant literature on the life of the teachers.Research results of the implementation of the special post plan.The third part mainly studies the research design and method.The method of investigation is described.Research on the target entity of the special plan.The fourth part mainly analyzes the questionnaire data.From teacher’s induction motivation,Teaching status quo,Professional growth Data comparison and data analysis are carried out on daily life and future selection.The fifth part of this paper focuses on the existing policy issues of the special post plan.Proposing perfect and detailed Suggestions,,as well as the recommendations of the national and education departments in implementing the policy.The last part is the conclusion,This paper illustrates the shortcomings of this study and the elaboration and summary of the post-post policy.
