Research On The Evaluation System Of Teaching Ability Of Higher Vocational Teachers Based On Project Management

China's social economy has a fast development speed,which gives China's professional education an important resource support,and the quality of graduates depends on the level of teaching ability of the higher vocational teachers.At present,due to education enrollment expansion,the number and quality of teachers cannot meet the needs of education development.The construction of the faculty of higher vocational colleges has become a serious practical problem.While this topic analysis,project management way is how to apply project management theory to the practice of higher vocational colleges and universities teachers' teaching ability evaluation,form a reasonable structure,high teaching level of teacher team.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the higher vocational teachers team construction,combined with the project strategy,summed up the application value of assessment of teaching ability,refine teaching ability assessment needed to implement policies and guidelines,teaching ability evaluation index system.In case practice of Lang fang Polytechnic Institute,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the current teaching evaluation,teaching ability evaluation target of the construction of the project,organization and division of labor,scheduling,and specific to the annual implementation plan,and to implement the inspection of the relevant Suggestions are expounded.The paper puts forward the implementation model of the evaluation project of higher vocational education,discusses the advantages and problems of project management,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on the theory of management discipline,the author abstracts a method of teaching and ability assessment.Thus,the structure model and application method of the organization are deduced,which will lay the foundation for the development of this project and similar projects.
